Solar Solution LLC is proud to announce that it has come to an agreement with The Western Presbyterian Church to provide a Power Purchase Agreement for the building owners and its members.
Solar panels installed on roof will soon provide power that will be used by the entire facility. The new system will maximize the available space on the roof of the building which will be visible from many different locations throughout the city due to its location near the Water Gate.
“The solar photovoltaic system will help the Western Presbyterian Church become less dependent on the coal-fired electric plants that serve D.C., which dump carbon and other toxins in the atmosphere on the power companies by producing its own clean alternative energy” stated Atta Kiarash, Vice President of Solar Solution.
Solar Solution Power Purchase Agreement model has allowed business owners and residences to go green without having to come out of pocket for any fees that are associated with the purchase of a solar system.
The Western Presbyterian Church will purchase electricity generated by the system at discounted rate for the term of the contract. After that, it will own the system and generate its own electricity at no cost, saving the tenants thousands of dollars yearly.
